We like to keep delivery charges low, and sometimes we just need to get our paws on that fab bag, tee or cap fast! So, we charge £1.50 for standard delivery, and £2.99 for express. Not too shabby, even if we say so ourselves.
If the item is made specially to order, we'll let you know on the product page. These items take a couple more days to deliver, so it's worth checking on the page if you're in a hurry.
For express delivery we use DPD, so you can track your order from their app. For standard delivery we use Royal Mail tracked, so it will come with the Postie.

Some of our codes may have an condition such as an expiration date or a minimum spend, so worth a quick check first. However, we all know that tech can go wrong sometimes, so if it point blank refuses to work please contact us and we'll make sure you get your discount one way or another!
Oh no! If you ordered before 12 noon, most of our deliveries will arrive within 2 working days. If your item is made to order, or if you live in a remote area, (check out our Delivery page), they can take up to 4 days. If it is still missing, please get in touch using the form below.
If the item you're missing is made to order, it may be sent separately. This item will take a day or two longer. If all your items are from one of our stocked ranges, please Contact Us, so we can sort it out as speedily as possible.
We want you to be bowled over by what you bought and really hope this situation never arises. If you find anything below par, please Contact Us and we will get you out a free postage label for the return and ask you whether you prefer a refund or replacement.
In a rare scenario where you don't want to keep your item, you can return it to us. Don't worry, you won't hurt our feelings. Make sure you return it as it came, unused, unworn and with the tags on, as we can only refund items that are received in their original condition. Oh, and keep proof of posting and we suggest tracking as cannot refund on items not received. Once we have got it back, we will sort out your refund and drop you an email to say so.

We will refund return postage if the item is faulty though, please contact us if this is the case and we will sort it out for you.
We've got a lot of stuff on here, but we're not too proud to say that we don't cover every t-shirt worthy show, game, or film out there. If there is a product you would really like to see, or maybe a style or size we do not currently have, let us know on the form below.
We try to keep life simple here, so we don't do exchanges. But you can return an item (see returns question above), we'll refund you and you can go ahead and order your replacement.
Yes, this is temporary. Our made to order t-shirts have a skin safe pre-treatment applied to ensure that the print is of high quality, and most importantly lasts! This may cause a small change in the shade of the garment in the areas that it has been applied. This will disappear completely on the first wash, so we always recommend wash before you wear.
